Ingredients:

1 tuna steak,(1 pound each)
1 green onion,thinly sliced
2 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon fresh ginger,peeled and grated
.25 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
.25 cup plain dried bread crumbs
2 tablespoon sesame seeds
Nonstick cooking spray

Methods:

1. With large chef’s knife, finely chop tuna. Place tuna in medium bowl and mix in green onion, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper until combined.
2. Shape tuna mixture into four 3-inch round patties (mixture will be very soft and moist).
3. On waxed paper, combine bread crumbs and sesame seeds. With hands, carefully press patties, one at a time, into bread-crumb mixture, turning to coat both sides. Spray both sides of tuna patties with nonstick spray.
4. Place tuna patties on grill over medium heat and cook 6 to 7 minutes, until browned on the outside and still slightly pink in the center for medium-rare or until desired doneness, turning patties over once.
