California Turkey Burgers Recipe

1 1/3 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons French’s® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 thin slices (3 ounces) Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 red or yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into rings
4 hamburger buns
Directions:
1. Combine turkey,cilantro,bread crumbs,egg,mustard,salt and pepper in large bowl.Shape into 4 patties using Burger Mate.
2. Place patties on oiled grid.Grill over high heat 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center (165°F).Top burgers with cheese during last few minutes of grilling.Grill pepper rings 2 minutes.
To serve, place burgers on buns and top with pepper rings.Serve with additional mustard, if desired.
