Ingredients:

1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary
1 1/2 pounds ground lamb
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 ounces feta cheese,crumbled
1/2 loaf Italian bread,cut into 6 slices
4 tablespoons light mayonnaise,or to taste
1 cucumber, peeled, halved crosswise and thinly sliced lengthwise
1 tomato, cut into 4 thick slices

Preparation:

In large bowl,combine bread crumbs and rosemary.Add meat and Worcestershire sauce; combine well.Form meat into patties using Burger Mate.Using fingers,form a well in each patty and stuff with a quarter of the cheese.Seal hole,crimping meat together such that no cracks or holes exist.Grill meat,covered, until desired doneness.Meanwhile,if desired, toast bread and trim to fit size of patties;spread with mayonnaise.

To make each burger,top one slice of bread with a quarter of the cucumber, tomato slice, patty and another slice of bread.
