Fish and Squid Burgers Recipe

Ingredients:

fillet 2/3 lb (300 gm) squids
2 onion
fillet 7 oz (200 gm) sea perch
3 oz (80 gm) bread
1/2 cup milk
1 fresh egg, breadcrumbs
2 tbsp or crushed crackers
2 tbsp vegetable oil
ground black pepper & salt to taste
2 tbsp butter

Directions:

Boil squids in salted water 3–5 minutes,then dry and mince together with fish fillet,onions and bread, soaked in milk.Add a fresh egg,salt,pepper and stir the mass well.Shape burgers using BurgerMate,bread them in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in preheated oil, then cook, covered,on a stove top or in an oven until ready.Spread the burgers with melted butter, side with fried or boiled potato.
