Ingredients:

750 g herring
200 g boiled potatoes
3/4 teaspoons salt
2 1/4 teaspoons potato flour
5 dl fish stock lard

Directions:

Clean,fillet,rinse and dry the herring.Mince once alone and once with the potatoes.Add salt and potato flour.Add the fish stock.Shape into round cakes using BurgerMate and fry them in lard. Serve with browned onion,browned butter and boiled vegetables.
