Lamb Burger with Lemongrass Mayonnaise Recipe

10 pcs poppyseed croissant
200g unsalted butter
150g cucumber,sliced
4 ripe tomatoes,sliced
2 spg basil leaves,julienned
Lamb Patties:
800g lamb,minced
70g Knorr All Purpose Seasoning
10g mint leaves,chopped
2 eggs,1 tbsp worcestershire sauce,to taste
1 tsp salt and freshly grounded black peppercorns,to taste
Lemon Grass Dressing:
230g Best Food Mayonnaise/Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise
1 tbsp onions,chopped
2 tbsp lemon grass,grated
2 tbsp Thai chili sauce ( maepranom )
4 spg coriander leaves (Chinese parsley),finely sliced
0.5 red chillies,chopped
2 shallots,sliced,deep-fried
3 pch Knorr Aromat Seasoning, to taste
Method:
Lemon Grass Dressing:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.Season to taste with Knorr Aromat Seasoning and keep aside.
Lamb Patties:
1. Mix in the minced lamb with the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Mix with hands until the mixture is well combined.
3. Shape into patties using Burger Mate.
4. Heat oil in pan over medium heat and fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked.Remove and keep warm.
Serve:
1. Cut the poppyseed croissant into half and spread it with butter.
2. Arrange the sliced cucumber and tomatoes on it and top with lamb patties.
3. Spoon some lemon grass dressing on the patties and garnish with julienned basil.
4. Serve immediately with chips.
