Ingredients:

4 soft Kaisers
4 slices red (Bermuda) onion
4 oz sun dried tomatoes, soaked and cut into julienne
2 oz mayonnaise
12 oz ground beef
12 oz spicy lamb merguez sausage
4 mint leaves
4 coriander leaves

Method:

1. Combine sausage meat with ground beef,mold into patties using burger mate,grill to desired doneness.

2. Chop sun dried tomatoes,mix with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.

3. Toast Kaisers on bbq,add lamb burgers and garnish with aioli,red onions,mint and coriander leaves.
