Steakhouse Burgers with Horseradish Sour Cream Recipe

1.25 pound ground beef chuck
.333 cup sour cream
2.5 teaspoon prepared white horseradish
4 English muffins, split and lightly toasted
4 Boston lettuce leaves
Methods:
1. Shape ground beef into 4 patties, each 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle patties with 1/2 teaspoon salt, then with 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper, pressing pepper lightly into patties.
2. Heat nonstick 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add patties and cook about 6 minutes for medium or until of desired doneness, shaking skillet occasionally and turning patties once.
3. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper.
4. Serve patties on English muffins with lettuce and horseradish sauce.
