Teriyaki Salmon Burgers Recipe

Ingredients:

5 sesame-seed hamburger buns
1 (1 pound) salmon fillet,skin removed
2 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
2 medium green onions,chopped
1.5 teaspoon ginger root,grated and peeled

Methods:

1. Coarsely grate 1 hamburger bun to make bread crumbs.Measure 1/3 cup bread crumbs; set aside. Reserve remaining crumbs to coat patties.
2. Remove any bones from salmon. Finely chop salmon and place in medium bowl. Add teriyaki sauce,green onions, ginger root, and 1/3 cup bread crumbs.
3. On waxed paper, shape salmon mixture into four 3-inch round patties.Coat patties with reserved bread crumbs.
4. In nonstick 10-inch skillet,cook patties 10 minutes over medium heat,turning once, until golden and cooked through.Serve patties on hamburger buns.
