Ingredients:

00g minced beef
2 teaspoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1 small (90g) brown onion, chopped finely
1 egg
hamburger buns
2 tablespoons tomato sauce, extra
cheese slices
2 small (120g) eggs
tomatoes, sliced thinly
lettuce leaves

Methods:

Using hand,combine mince,sauces,onion and egg in large bowl;shape into patties using Burger Mate.Cook patties on heated oiled griddle pan until cooked through.Spread base of hamburger bun with extra sauce;to with patties then cheese.Grill until cheese melts;top with tomato, lettuce and remaining half of roll. Best assembled just before serving.
